Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

Electric shavers and personal grooming devices (once opened)

Return Shipping

As we ship from international suppliers, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this window, your order may have already been dispatched from our supplier and cannot be cancelled.
