How long does delivery take?

The estimated delivery time is shown on each product page, because it depends on the product and the supplier. We share your tracking details by email or WhatsApp once your parcel ships.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes. Pay in cash (AED) to the courier when your parcel arrives. We may call or message you on WhatsApp to confirm your order and address before dispatch, so please keep your phone available.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across the UAE.

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if the item is unused and in its original packaging. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Some items, such as opened personal grooming devices, cannot be returned. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. After that, your order may already have been dispatched.
